The work that we do at Allegheny Children’s Initiative is a dynamic and continuous success story. Working in the office for the past 9 years and communicating with management, staff, the families we support, and other agencies has afforded me the opportunity to observe the high level and quality of standards that we have achieved and maintain. The dedication of our staff, whether clinicians, coordinators, administrators or administrative support exceeds any workforce of which I have been a part. Throughout my career, I have worked in some great environments in which great work was performed, but the work, and the level of commitment that I have seen here, has far exceeded what I thought was dedication before. I thank Allegheny Children’s Initiative for allowing me the privilege of being apart of this great movement.
Favorite part of my job:
Reviewing issues, answering questions and resolving situations thru gathering and analyzing information and facts, and, then determining the best option, decision or resolution
